Systems for aqueous cleaners

Single chamber flooding plants for nonhalogenated solvents and modified alcohols
The sealed plant system is operated in a vacuum, meaning that the cleaning can be effected with the respective medium above its flashpoint.
This achieves optimum cleaning and drying results.
The seal tightness of the plant systems is tested during manufacture by means of a certified helium test process and constantly monitored during operation via the permanently applied vacuum.
The energy for conditioning the cleaning medium via distillation is recycled several times by means of heat recirculation, thus ensuring minimal running costs.
The plants work in their standard configuration cooling water free, but can also be configured for operation with cooling water if desired.
